Controller and contact

Viral Labs Shop, a sole proprietorship in the Netherlands, KVK 42104865, Piusplein 62-14, 5038 WP Tilburg, Netherlands. For questions about your data, contact viralabshop@proton.me.

What is processed and why

When you contact us, we receive your email address, any name or company you provide, your message and any URLs or documents you choose to share. These are used to answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal. The basis is taking pre-contractual steps you request; for a business contact person, our legitimate interest in handling that professional communication.

If you order, the information necessary to identify the buyer, invoice, deliver the service and resolve issues is processed to perform the contract and meet legal obligations. An enquiry does not subscribe you to advertising. Contact data are not sold.

Public product information and authorised technical facts are sufficient for a product page review. We do not need passwords, identity documents, your buyers’ records or sensitive information. Necessary missing facts are requested specifically.

Free tool and browsing

The self-assessment runs in your browser. Answers are not sent to Clariveld or stored persistently by the tool. Downloads are generated on your device. Using the tool does not inspect a store.

The page code does not include advertising, audience analytics, first-party cookies or external fonts. Hosting and security services may process technical connection data such as IP address, time and requested resource, and use mechanisms necessary to serve and protect the website. Linked websites have their own policies.

Working materials are kept through delivery and revisions, and for up to 90 days after order closure. Basic Dutch tax and accounting records generally have a minimum retention period of seven years; some cases require longer.

Legal retention requirements may limit deletion. You may complain to the competent data protection authority, including the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
